Nathan Weber Recommended for Jefferson and Kamiak Elementary Assistant Principal Position

(Pending Board Approval)

Following a thorough application and interview process, Nathan Weber was selected to be recommended for hire as Elementary Assistant Principal for Jefferson and Kamiak beginning July 1, 2026. This recommendation will be presented to the Pullman School District Board of Directors as part of the Consent Agenda at the upcoming Regular Board Meeting on June 10, 2026.

Mr. Weber brings a strong background in classroom instruction, and educational leadership, along with administrative internship experience through the Eastmont School District. In his internship role, he has supported both building and district-level leadership in areas including student discipline, school operations, instructional leadership, hiring processes, and staff collaboration. His work reflects a strong focus on safe, supportive learning environments and the use of Multi-Tiered System of Supports and positive school culture practices.

Alongside his administrative internship, Mr. Weber served as a 4th grade classroom teacher at Lee Elementary School in Eastmont School District and, prior to that, as a 6th grade ELA and Social Studies teacher at Foothills Middle School in Wenatchee. Across these roles, he has demonstrated a commitment to student learning, instructional excellence, and strong partnerships with families and staff.

Mr. Weber is completing his Washington State Principal Certification through Eastern Washington University, holds a Master of Arts in Educational Technology and Curriculum from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies K–8.
